1. Acknowledgement

This EULA is concluded between you and Hongmin Park, not with Apple. Hongmin Park, not Apple, is solely responsible for the "riff" application and its content. This EULA does not conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of License

The license granted to you for the "riff" application is limited to a non-transferable license to use the application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Maintenance and Support

Hongmin Park is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the "riff" application, as required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services for the "riff" application.

4. Warranty

Hongmin Park is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law. If the "riff" application fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the application. Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the "riff" application.

5. Product Claims

Hongmin Park, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the "riff" application or your possession and/or use of the application.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

In the event of any third-party claim that the "riff" application infringes on intellectual property rights, Hongmin Park, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.

7. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

9. Third Party Terms of Agreement

As of the effective date of this EULA, there are no third-party terms that you must comply with when using the "riff" application. However, it's essential to always be aware and adhere to the terms of service of any third-party services or platforms you may interact with while using the "riff" application.

10. Third Party Beneficiary

You and Hongmin Park acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple will have the right to enforce it against you as a third-party beneficiary.
